About to EMEI 2026
The International Conference on Electricity, Materials and Energy Interaction (EMEI 2026) will be held grandly in Xining, the energy hub of western China in 2026. This conference focuses on the deep integration and collaborative innovation between the power system, advanced materials, and energy technology, aiming to build an interdisciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts, scholars, researchers, energy enterprise technical representatives, and policy makers in the fields of power engineering, materials science, energy technology, chemical engineering, renewable energy, and energy storage systems. The conference will focus on cutting-edge topics such as the integration of new power systems and high proportion renewable energy grid technologies, the application of high-performance conductive and insulating materials in power equipment, the integration of energy storage materials (such as lithium batteries, sodium batteries, and solid-state batteries) with grid level energy storage systems, the durability and efficiency optimization of photovoltaic and wind power materials, hydrogen production, storage and transportation materials, and electric hydrogen synergistic systems, wide bandgap semiconductor materials in power electronic devices, the evolution of power material performance in extreme environments (high altitude, low temperature), energy material recycling and reuse, and the modeling and intelligent scheduling of power material energy coupling systems. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, and technological achievements displays, we aim to promote material innovation to support energy transformation, empower the power system with multi energy collaboration, and help build a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system. EMEI 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "material communication, energy and electricity, collaborative symbiosis", and is committed to solving key technological bottlenecks in energy transformation, serving the national "dual carbon" strategy and the construction of clean energy bases in the western region. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus to enhance academic influence.

All full paper submissions to the EMEI 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of EMEI 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to emeiic@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
